- I am facing the same predicament. But I have read that ......demand for HR personnels is very high in India and is expected to grow.....they donot get lesser salary compared to their mkt. or finance counterparts.......but they ( probably !!! )have lesser status compared to Mkt or Finance personnels.
I will let you know more about HR when I have some more information.

- Well with the onsault of MNC, KPO, BPO's there can never be a shortage for HR people, but I do know I think for sure, females are more benefited from doing HRD than their male counterparts,so if u a female, hop on to the latest fad in MBA
