1. I'm in usa and same condition as u . it depend on your destiny u'll get job quick and good position otherwise so many years passed and working in motel or some store or some where else
   if u have green card or ur citizen u could get job fast.
2. The best way is to connect to the US Embassy in India. Through post .(they will reply u with the possible list of the availability of jobs) or apply directly to the companies through Internet. the other way is if u have friends or relatives there --get their help.

   sorry to say it, but many americans already have MBAs you need to have something special to make them consider you over thier own citizens.
   
   hiring non citizens will cost the company lots of money and legal fees, so they only hire when yuo are really special
