Can we make an organization to unite voters in India?

Most of Politicians in India are not worthy of occupying positions we as voters have given to them.

1. When a peon in the Govt service is suspended fron service if his name appears in an FIR or he is chargesheeted, How a politician can be on the seat till he is not aquited ?
   
2. It all depends on your personal preference.
3. They misuse our imotions towards our religion and casts and do all dirty tactics to devide the society just to srengthen their positions. Now, it is hard to find whether politicians are turning into criminals or criminals are turning into politicians.
   
4. Now, can we as voter unite ourselves and put a guideline to the politians to get the votes.
5. Incidents started from Rajasthan and Punjab spread into the other parts of the country are the latest examples of dirty politics
   
6. Political parties are chosing their candidates who could win them a seat, they are least bothered whether it is won on the point of a gun. And, the arguement given for their convenience is 'ANY BODY IS INNOCENT UNLESS PROVED GUILTY'
