- This title should go to a politician who amassed wealth through corrupt practise and try to conceal the income by entering into politics. Those who are in power with support of such politicians are also equally eligible for such titles.

- The most corrupt person is one who bribes somebody for any undue favours; not the person who demands bribe. If the common man is aware of what he deserves and does not demand something undue to him, he don't need to bribe someone for extending such undue favour and no corruption as such.
