Who is responsible for downfall of character indian politics and MP's & MLA's?

1. The youth who are not taking part in the elections and the epople who vote them!
2. MLAs' & MPs' down fall in charecter is influenced only by the society. They are the reflection of what status our society is today.
   
   As an individual, you do not see your mistakes, but expect the politicians elected by you to be pure and good. They are our representatives who reflect the society.But if you are true to your conscience, you could agree that the morality and charecter is degraded in our present society which had a telling effect on the politicians.
   
   But, not all the politicians are bad. As you could find a good citizen in a lot, in the same ratio you could find a good politician.
   
   Note: am not a politician, but thinking practically one could finally arrive at my opinion.
3. there is sharp downfall in whole society. as a part of the low-character society accompanied with lust of power , it is obvious in political class
4. everybody in politics!
5. They themselves.
