What is the present condition of indian politics? is it good, or bad,?
most of the parties in india are trying to create their vote bank through giving seperate reservation,s to backwards & special benefits to minorities? no tough action against terrorists because most of the terrorists are minorities

- This is wrong to say that govt is not taking any steps against terrorists because they belong to minority community. lets not mix the two different problems - terrorism and reservation. No doubt reservation sholud not be there after 60 years of independence .
Regarding Political condition I think although condition is not good but it has improved a lot in last few years. Media is getting stronger and system is becoming transparent. we come to know about a lot of scandals, but I think that no. of scandals has not increased but they are being exposed.
well, let's keep faith. Our system is improving and condition will only improve in coming years.
- Condition of Indian politics was/is stable since Aug 15, 1947 because Indians have a stable constitution and rights are clearly mentioned the "fundamental rights & directive principles".
Apart from the above, people are time to time cared & carried away by the political parties by giving some promises without realising that is possible & impossible or feasible, once they are elected to rule!!
Recently in Tamil nadu, before the General Elections, Mr. Karuna Nidhi and his alliance promised that they will wipe/write off some Rs. 1000 crore agricultural loans extended to farmers by the co-operative banks and nationalised banks.
Free electricity for farmers for life time.
One free Colour TV every family that is not having one on 14 Jan 2007.
Also one cooking Gas connection + burner set free to every family that uses Kerosene soon in September.
5 Kilo rice at Rs. 2 a Kilo for life time!!!
Mr. Chidhambaram, Minister of Finance, an election ally in the last General Election (to Mr. Karuna Nidhi) said it is possible to extend such a facility to priority sector and is very much essential!!
It was purely an election stunt and Mr. Karuna Nidhi got hold of his word and the Finance Minister has to pay without getting any Ministry in the TN local Governement after having a good supporting number of seats. Where as in the Central Ministry, Mr. Karuna Nidhi's party men hold key positions with a minimum number seats!!!!
On knowing the total amount involved, our minds will burst after recognising the mind boggling ciphers followed by certain numbers.
Why can't our Finance Minister extend some relief to those suffering working class, who have availed financial asistance from the banks and other financial institutions to purchase/ construct a dwelling place? He can very well instruct the institutions to write off the interest part to the maximum extend and pay the principle in EMIs from right now!!
Working class is productive and have to be cared as they are the one who exactly earn the foreign exchange with their entrusted works!
I have given an example from Indian Political chess board - every time it happens and the people are carried away....
Terror gangs are burst now and at least before Indo - Italian connections become the ruler, Indian leaders are yet to find a reliable one ..."an Indian born in India"..
