  1. all we can do is not to vote for them...but frankly speaking we dnt hv a choice either cz all candidates r one and d same....
  2. Unless Election Laws are amended suitably nothing can be done. People who vote should be educated not to elect tainted candidates. Unfortunately politics in India is considered another business.
  3. actually problem is that whoever great soul make indian constitution has gone to jail for country and he suppose his successor to do that for same reason so he allowed them to face the public but if he is seeing it now he must say chalo accha hua jaldi upar aa gaya
  4. The system favours criminals. Honest people have to work for underworld or upperworld dons. Good luck.
  5. will power of voters
  6. Any boby convicted of serious crime or anybody who has serious criminal cases pending aganst him should not be allowed to contest the election
  7. if hindu vote bank created then nor congress nor mulayam have dare to do like that for muslims votes .
  8. Why worry we have already elected politicians who are sent to jail so whats the harm if we elect people already in jails. THIS IS INDIAN POLITICS MY DEAR & ALWAYS REMEMBER IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA !
  9. If they are convicted with a punishment for more than two years jail term, they cannot contest elections. May be the Elections law has to be amended so as to debar those against whom sedition charges or some such serious charges are pending before a court of law.
  10. I agree with you. they should not be allowed to contest any election or hold any post.

The loopholes in the constitution are too many and these fellows do take an easy escape route, "politics".

Best thing as voters we should never vote for such culprits.
