How can I do transfer from my college in iraq to any medical college in china?

I went to Syria Arabia to continue my life and study there but the Syrian colleges did not match my ambition so I came to India to find suitable college but ( and I am sorry to say so) here in India they did not help me in any way which make me so depressed and even hopeless which fills me with fear of loosing my future, but while I was searching the internet I did visit the web site of (ministry of higher education in china) and did read the regulati

I dont think so, beause our current government here in China wont allow any middle eastern student to transfer.
I am Iraqi student in the college of medicine in Iraq and I am son of well educated family, my parents and my relatives are all either doctors or engineers .
In Iraq I had joined medical college to help my peoples and to be a positive member in the society but unfortunately I couldn’t complete my study there (in Iraq) & I left my college about one year ago because of the well known dangerous circumstances and terrorism there even I kidnapped and threatened with my family to leave Iraq and we did.
