1. First you give the attention to the Mens' football. Except Bengal and Goa, no other state is interested in Indian football, whether Men or Women nobody pays attention.
2. For the same reason as rugby for boys/men in India, is not given as much attention as in other countries.
3. Many see False balls here that is why real foot ball is not attended too.
