1. YES. BUT NOT NOW IT WAS LONG TIME AGO. WHERE THEY HAVE MADE IT TO THE WORLD CUP BUT WAS BANNED BECUZE THEY PLAY WITHOUT SHOES. HOW SAD. :(

3. The didnt qualify for this world cup!!!!
4. India used to play bare footed in late fifties to mid sixties. Which was against the terms and conditions of FIFA. However, Fifa overruled there participation in world cup but they have never banned Indian Team. India was unable to compete with shoes on therefore India didnt qualify.
