1. Dunno, India doesn't have the proper arrangements or the proper time with respect to G.M.T. Besides Indians don't play in FIFA. Maybe in the distant future,yes.
2. No way ! it will take ages to come to that standard. People aren't consious or rather say would be happy to warm up their pockets only. And I do pray that may that day doesn't come as 80% funds will be wiped off..... dats' for sure. Watch out FIFA.

4. They could host the world cup, if:
   1. India bid for hosting the World Cup, of course it must be supported by the people and the goverment.
   2. India have good facilities; stadium, training ground, infrastructure, etc.
   3. FIFA accept India's bid entry.
   4. FIFA vote India as World Cup host.
5. World Cup in India... hmmmm.... and why not ?! As long as the sacred cows are kept off the football fields.
