2. ompuri in general or amrish puri(he was damn good!)..ajay devgan is also good especially in khakee!!another indian film actor I think is the best is shah rukh khan(but unfortunately he's not on ur list)

4. Mohanlal,Nedumudi Venu,Thilakan(Malayalam) Kamalhasan(Tamil) Ompuri,Nazaruddin Shah(Hindi). Sure there are others like Ajay Devgan,Manoj Bajpei,Mammootty,Prakash Raj,Vikram,Rajath Kapur etc. My vote is for Mohanlal about whom a German critic once said that he would have been called world's best actor but for the fact that he was born in a wrong place.Please give your opinion.
5. I loved Shashi Kapour in Side Streets and Heat and Dust. He made it big in the 70s and 80s but I guess his Indian heritage kept him from being cast in more Hollywood blockbusters. How unfortunate!
