Why India is Lacking behind in Hockey?

And why other teams like Netherland, Australia, Korea have left the Asian country Like India and Pakistan behind

NEW GENRATION IS NOT LIKING TO PLAY HOCKEY. THEY HAVE ATTRACTED TOWARDS CRICKET AND LAWN TENNIS TO EARN BIG MONEY.
they are not in form,
because many people like cricket then hockey and it does not have as much craze as cricket,tennis etc
b cauz it is dominated by ckt now.
becoz ..the government and peope are not encouraging the game hockey like cricket..........
Because it is hard to keep that towel thing wrapped up on they're heads while they're skaten around, and it's hard to fit a helmet over. Just a guess.
Because of fitness level of our player. Skill wise they are best but fitness is must.
because Hockey is unable to attract best among fresh talents in India

becarse vatevr u tell them, they vill tell u : ve heer in india vant to play crikcet and ve dont like to play a wiolent sport like hucky. venevr sumvone plays heer on the streets, they get wery hurt and ve hawe to giwe them elewan stitches!!!! LOL!!!! :->
