Why does Bollywood entertainments, like Sony TV and B4U don't subtitle their programmes?

This is the 21st Century and not only Indians like Bollywood! Millions of people across the world also do. Bollywood entertainers should try to reach out to the rest of the world understably. Unfortunately, only Zee TV is doing that.
