- I love how the story breaks away into song and dance. Many movies used to be like this here in the US prior to the 1960's, but they dont do them anymore. I love the fantastic quality about them. I enjoy the lack of violence and gratuitous sex. They truly are wholesome family entertainment.

it isn't widely available but have seen 3 or 4 stores with good selection. It is very good when my emotions get blocked up to help me cry/have emotional release. One criticism is of the traditional style which is good but there is room for more new ideas while still maintaining Indian style. USA

I am in the USA and my sister is in Germany where Bollywood movies are a big hit!
- Im in OZ and a sri lankan mate has made me watched a few bollywood movies. Some have great effects and look great, but the singing and acting should be outsourced to.....somewhere that isn't india.
- I live in SA. I am a bollywood fan!!! But I suck at knowing their real names. I'm sure you've seen "Jadoo"(can't get to the real name:-), Krish, etc. I can go on and on. I have my own collection as well. I love it!!!! I adore it!!!! My 8 yr old daughter's also into it, she can even do the dancing moves and knows almost every word to every song.
- I'm Indian, so naturally I watch Bollywood movies... I love a lot of them, but I have to say that Bollywood can cut down on quantity and improve the quality cause there's a LOT of talent in there...
Just wanted to say that I think some of the movies that passed the milestones in Bollywood are Black, Rang de Basanti. For humor 36, China Town and Salaam Namaste are awesome.

I have seen lots of indian movies and they are like any other movies in the world,having its goodsand bads.
personally, I have seen great indian movies that I loved and also seen indian movies that are extremely rediculous and irrational,so it depends on the movie itself.

- I'm Australian and saw half of a movie on TV called Salaam Namaste. It was weird but it was really good, if most Bollywood movies are like this then I think I would like to see more.
I love the Indian "Crocodile Dundee" character who has a dumb blonde girlfriend, he asks a question and she always replies "Sorry?" and he says "exactly".
