- You need to get ahold of their agents or an official booking site online that will publish what most big name Indian stars get for an event. Just type in the name of the celebrity you are interested in followed by "talent booking agency" or "events bookings". That should get you some where. For a VJ just contact the station and ask for the station manager. He will lead you to the artists manager.
