I have an Indian actor's cell phone which I found from London and now he is looking for it. Am I in trouble?

I am asking for anybodies advice.

3. Well, if you used it (and racked up charges on it), then you might be in trouble.
   
   Is there some reason why you can't just turn it over to the police, and let them give it back to him? That's what is generally done with all lost property--it's turned in to the police.

14. if you found it, then theres no harm in it, contact one of the numbers on the cell, then ask the called to contact the actor and ask him to pick it up :3
15. Leave it in a sfae public place like in a cemtery under a gravestone in a ziplock bag and then text him the location and let him pick it up himself. Wipe your fingerprints off the phone and the bag first.
