1. The answer is no. They are not the same person neither are they related. The only connection is they are both from Kerala.
   The singer KK initials stand for Krishna Kumar. Incidentally both have the same surname Menon. But menon is a popular surname in kerala! Am not sure what does the KK initials for the actor KK stand for !
2. I think Kay Kay Menon not sure tho.
